For the Return the Favor campaign, we revived Wendy the Snapple Lady as a voiceover and tapped into the brand's most loyal fans, people who had written in over the years with genuine praise for Snapple. We returned the favor to them, by surprising them wit from the people in their own lives saying nice things about them.
